Lana and Stipe are the most thoughtful and gracious hosts we have ever met. Since the beginning, they were all with tips where to go, eat, what to see, do and even gave us welcoming grocery shopping. They were available at all times whenever we had any questions. The price was adequate to the conditions of the house. The place was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home. It had a lot of storage, so we didn’t have to worry about our clothes not fitting in the wardrobe. Each and every bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was large, clean and illuminated at night. The garage had a ping pong and pool table with space to park our cars. In the back of the house we had an authentic Croatian grill house with all needed equipment. Just a true gem with the most amazing view on Adriatic Sea. At night we had a scenic view of the night sky on the top level terrace. Our vacations couldn’t have been better! Hvala 😊

Together with my extended family (6 adults and 3 kids) we spent a fabulous week at Lana's. The house is very comfortable and has all amenities you need (it even has an ice machine which was very welcome during the hot days end Jun we spent here :). We particularly appreciated the pool, the terraces with a magnificent view of the coast, the islands and the stunning sunsets. The bed rooms were also spacious and it was really nice that each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom & toilet. Lana was a lovely host, communication and check in was very smooth. We also really appreciated the gesture from Lana to leave us with what we needed to have breakfast the first morning following a late night arrival. The local wine was also very tasty :) You do need a car staying here though as there is not that much available on walking distance. (Even though you can walk to the beach and a nearby restaurant). The house was also very clean. Thank you Lana!!

I wish I could give this house more than five stars, because it was so perfect and Lana and Stipe were VERY hospitable. The house was clean, modern, comfortable, spacious, and was equipped with everything we could possibly need on our vacation (even umbrellas!). The beach is within walking distance and every room has an amazing view. This house is perfect for both relaxing and for entertaining, as there are many restaurants and popular tourist destinations nearby. We have been to Croatia many times, but we never had such an amazing vacation as we did in this house! Lana and Stipe were very accommodating and generous, and even the neighbors were ready to help us during our stay. The house had amenities such as a ping pong table, a fridge full of food, a gorgeous pool and garden, a grill, and a breathtaking view. The house exceeded our expectations and we hope to come back soon! We highly recommend it!

Lana's house is by far the best place i have ever seen in the Adriatic. The communication beforehand was quick and very helpful. The value for money is insane. The quality and the level of perfection in everything in the house is great. The views are remarkable. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying there and i myself will be returning with my family, many times! thanks for a magical stay.

This home is AMAZING in every way - every little detail from the fig trees to the spacious house with all the right touches, the beautiful swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen and best of all, the most incredible terrace with the one of the most beautiful views over the Sibenik archepelago. I wanted to move in! Lana is an incredible host - one of the best. She had great suggestions with wonderful local knowledge and was always quick to respond and was so accommodating. She, her husband and their amazing villa have given us incredible memories for a lifetime.

We have vacationed in many houses, but this house is more than great! It has a wonderful view of the sea and the area, is tastefully decorated, very spacious, perfectly equipped, very clean and every room has his own bathroom! The pool is-as our kids would say- "mega"! What particularly touched us was the incredible hospitality of Lana and her husband! We were greeted warmly! On arrival we had a supply for the first day in the fridge and for the kids sweets and paint block on the table! Wow!! Each of our questions were answered and a folder with tips and excursion routes was in the house! Thank You for your hospitable welcome and your very friendly, open heart! We can only advise and recommend this house to any Croatia vacationer traveling as a group or larger family! We made many interesting trips from here, took about to the island of Haar or went swimming and snorkeling in the many coves! It was a dream vacation and we will come back for sure! This is a beautifully appointed very spacious villa. The furnishings are good quality beds comfy and kitchen very well appointed. There is even an ice machine. Loads of space in the villa and the outside space is really lovely . The whole place including the pool was sparking clean. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the terrace . Local beaches and restaurants and shops are within easy reach but a car is necessary. Lana met us in person and was warm and welcoming . She and Stipe provides us with great local tips and she was always quick to respond to any queries online . I would recommend a holiday at Lana’s place without hesitation !!

Really amazing place to stay! It's a great house in a good location with a beautiful view. We've really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, the pool and beautiful views of the sunsets in the evening out on the terrace. The villa itself is very spacious including the 3 rooms all with en-suite bathrooms. High quality furniture, decorated with great taste, it has everything we needed for our stay, including anti-mosquito sticks and an ice machine on the terrace. The entire house was sparkling clean and it felt open and airy. Lana and her family are very welcoming when we met them during check-in. We even got an early check-in, which as perfect for our travel plans. Lana provided great local tips for excursions and restaurants. Communication was always friendly and prompt. We would recommend having a car when staying at Lana's house. There is everything in walking distance, but bigger shops and sights are better to be reached with the car. We can highly recommend this house to families or group of friends.

With Lana and Stipe you can expect one of the loveliest and friendliest hosts you can imagine! They will respond to all your questions and needs, so that you will definitely feel at home. We were there with two families (4 adults, 3 children and a baby) and spent a wonderful two weeks in the great house. The view is fantastic from all rooms. Each room has its own bathroom, so all freshly showered at the large dining table in the living room or on the large terrace! When it gets really hot, the air conditioners in each room are worth gold ;) At home appliances everything is available, what a family needs. The pool was awesome, the kids were barely out there :) For all barbecue friends who are not on the whole hi-tech, but still want to make real fire to grill the delicacies of Croatia... offers the grill house of master Stipe all possibilities;) The garden also offers at the same time fresh rosemary and other fresh spices. Especially the delicious figs that can be freshly picked and eaten daily. Zaboric is a relaxed place where the beach is only a few hundred meters away. Shopping possibilities are all within 15min. The city of Sibenik is beautiful and always worth a visit. However, it is always recommended to be mobile, walking with children would be a bit exhausting and a bit risky, since there are not everywhere there are sidewalks. Our holiday was perfect all around we felt very comfortable, so we would always book with Lana and Stipe. A super house with plenty of space for families in a wonderful city! We thank the two for the wonderful time!

Beautiful villa, with a beautiful view of the sea. We were two families, with small children. We come the second year. It's great. View to the sea and islands, gorgeous sunsets, 5 min to the sea, silence, swimming pool. But the main thing is the hospitality of the owners! It was the impression that we came to close people. You can write a lot and everything will be just admiration. Prosperity and good luck to your family.

They have thought of every single detail to make the stay as comfortable as it was. The house is a true gem in Croatia and we feel fortunate that we found it. We have no words to say how good it was! Perfect place for chill. Villa has all what you need: cozy bedrooms with bathrooms, sunny second floor terrace, comfy hall and nice kitchen. Everyday you can enjoy beautiful sunset from main terrace, where you can have your dinner or play board games (as we did). Sea view from everywhere, nice pool and sunbeds. Even table tennis (we never played though)). Special thanks for Grill House. It is amazing! You can go to the Sibenik Market and by fresh fish or seafood and do your own grill. Feel yourself a chef. It's easy as abc) Lana very helpful host, we had all what we need all covered and all questions answered. Highly recommend! Hope to stay there once again. Already miss the place..

Dear Lana and Stipe It was great pleasure to spend our holiday at your house, it was really incredible! In the morning cup of coffee with the breathless view on the seaside, then fun with children in really big swimming poll, and in the evening glass of wine on the upstairs terrace with the incredible view on the sky with stars We’ve never met such nice, opened, happy and helpful people, thank you once again for everything And please don’t believe photos there much more better and nicer that on them! This wonderful house exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. Wonderful balconys with a breathtaking view over the ocean and islands. Very nice pool. 3 minutes walk to a small beach. 5 minutes drive to a beach with jetski and boat rental, beach cafe etc. The house is modern, clean, very well equipped, spacious and conveniently located for outings to some of the most beautiful nature in Europe. We enjoyed river rafting and hiking in Krka National Park 40 minutes away and the beautiful ancient cities of Split and Trogir. Last but not least VERY sweet, generous and helpful hosts

The villa is superb, much better than advertised. Spacious and clean, convenient floorplan, modern design, good quality furniture, kitchen utensils, mattresses etc. Good location (quiet neighborhood, variety of beaches nearby, splendid seaview). Lana and Stip are exceptional hosts, attentive to details, they applied all efforts to make our stay comfortable: full fridge of food, wine and fruits as a welcome pack, lots of other stuff you normally need to run and buy was prepared for us (such as various washing liquids, napkins, folia etc) – cannot remember all the details, there were really lots of them, but it was so helpful to have everything ready for you. Our kids even had some storage of toys left. They very very responsive to all our needs, introduced us to Dalmatia and gave us lots of local tips. The neighbours (good friends of our hosts) were also very friendly and ready to help on various occasions (even drove us to show the green market in the morning or the hospital when we needed it). I cannot fit everything into the wordcount limit but I must say it is the best villa and the best service I ever had. We visited Spain for three consecutive years before and never ever had a comparable approach and quality. Thank you so much and wish you good luck with the guests!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche. Einen wunderschönes Haus mit deine großzügigen Außenfläche und einem kurzen Fußweg zum Strand. Bei Lana möchten uns für die Gastfreundlichkeit recht herzlich bedanken .

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig. Wir waren mit 6 erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und 2 Babys dort. Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage. Der Blick auf das Meer ist traumhaft jeden Abend sieht man von der Terrasse den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus selber ist super aufgeteilt und man fühlt sich Zuhause! Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit lana war einfach nur perfekt. Rund um das Haus sind Feigenbäume mit wahnsinnig leckeren Feigen . Der Pool ist optimal und es gibt ein eigenes grillhaus. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Lana ist als Gastgeberin einfach spitze. Danke für die schöne Zeit !!!!

Huset kan kun anbefales på det varmeste. Indretningen er pæn og praktisk og hyggeligt. Udsigten fra terassen er ubeskriveligt flot og er alene det hele værd. Lana er en fantastisk host og har simpelthen tænkt på alt.
